Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction to consent to these Terms) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload content you do not have the right to upload or process.
• Attempt to access, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service's systems, infrastructure, or APIs.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service at scale.
• Use the Service to generate abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload to or create within the Service ("Your Content"). You grant TurboLearn AI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate and improve the Service for you. You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload Your Content and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party.

4. AI-generated output

TurboLearn AI uses automated tools to generate notes, summaries, flashcards, quizzes, and other materials from Your Content. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it. TurboLearn AI does not guarantee any specific academic or professional outcome from using the Service.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice, and any change applies only to future billing periods.

6. Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, or the Service entirely, at any time without liability. Some features may be in preview and subject to change.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or create risk or legal exposure for us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable grace period.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TurboLearn AI disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurboLearn AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service, whether in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TurboLearn LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
