AI processing of your content

When you upload audio, documents, or other content, TurboLearn AI uses third-party AI providers to transcribe, summarize, and generate study materials. These providers process your content solely to deliver the Service to you. We do not sell your content or use it to train third-party foundation models.

How we share information

We share information with service providers that act on our behalf (hosting, payments, email, analytics, AI processing), when required by law or legal process, in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or asset sale), and with your consent. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

• You can access, correct, or delete your account information and content from within the Service.
• You can request export or deletion of your data by emailing support@turbolearn.ai.
• You can disable analytics collection through your browser settings where supported.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we remove your content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access controls) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
